The staff was incredibly nice and always went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. the location of the hotel is perfect, just a minute's walk from the famous train railways and close to all the attractions in the center. The room on the 5th floor was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a comfy bed and big windows that let in lots of natural light. the AC worked well, and the room was always kept clean. the hotel offers a range of services, including room service and a children's playground, making it perfect for both leisure and business travelers. I loved the fact that the hotel is located in Hoan Kiem, known for its vibrant atmosphere and street food scene. Being a cultural tour guide, I appreciate the Vietnamese craft shops and casual bars nearby, adding to the overall charm of the area. the hotel's amenities, such as the shared kitchen and complimentary Wi-Fi, make it a convenient choice for travelers looking for a comfortable stay.
